Connexis Certificate and Diploma Training

WSP Environmental Training Centre are sub contracted by Connexis to deliver block course training for the following New Zealand Certificate and Diploma courses.

  • NZ Certificate in Drinking Water treatment (L4)
  • NZ Certificate in Wastewater Treatment (L4)

Entry Requirements:  Must be working as an operator in a treatment plant and have a reasonable knowledge of maths and science. To complete the optional strand the learner must be in a plant that has enough separate treatment processes to satisfy the elective section of the training plan.

  • NZ Diploma in Drinking Water Treatment (L5)
  • NZ Diploma in Wastewater Treatment (L5)

Entry Requirements: Must hold NZC Water/Wastewater treatment course appropriate to subject and are required to be working in a Water/Wastewater Treatment plant. It is recommended the learner be working in a plant operator role.

These qualifications are assessed through a combination of e-Learning assessment, off-job block courses and an on-site assessment.
