The Backflow Prevention full 3 day course is delivered with a blend of classroom based theory and hands on practical learning. The course involves both theory and practical assessment to relevant NZQA unit standards. Successful completion of the course will allow people to apply to the relevant local authority and register with them to become an Independently Qualified Person (IQP) to carry out backflow work in that area.

The Backflow Prevention Refresher Course is a one-day course with a mix of classroom based theory, to make sure you have the latest industry knowledge and best practice, and also hands on practical learning and assessment. It will ensure you still have all the skills and knowledge required to test and inspect backflow devices.

The Panel Recertification course now has the option of an Interactive online course with a mix of online activities and live zoom sessions throughout the day you have registered for.
